Additional certificates:

FCC marine operator permit, STCW basic safety training, advanced firefighting, unlimited radar observer, bridge resource management, celestial navigation, flashing light, Proficiency in survival craft, Professional Rescuer Red Cross First Aid & CPR/AED, Drug and alcohol specimen collection for vessel supervisors, NYS public vessel joint pilot and engineer license and Certified Instructor for the NYS Safe Boating Course
